Host Interface
GP5 is our native client for presenting on Windows or Mac.
The host interface depicted below provides users with
access to room and meeting configuration options as
well as tools that offer web conferencing flexibility.
Toolbar
The GP5 toolbar is accessible in both standard mode and mini mode.
The mini mode feature minimizes the interface to prevent
it from obscuring the screen that is being shared.
Annotations Tool
The annotation tool can be used by presenters in combination
with screen sharing to draw on the screen or used locally
in a room with an audience.
Rooms List for Host
Use the Rooms List to quickly access your rooms for
configuration or to join/leave a meeting in the room.
Guest View
Guests can use any modern browser to access a
meeting without needing to install software.
