The content recorded by the GatherPlace Recording feature depends on the settings of your meeting.
If your meeting is set to use either
GatherPlace Teleconferencing Services or
VoIP, then the visual presentation as well as the synchronized audio will be recorded.
Note: All participants must use one of these options and properly enter your meeting in order for their audio portion to be captured as part of the recording.
If the meeting is configured for
No Voice Services or
Use My Own Teleconferencing Service, only the presentation graphics will be recorded (no audio).
Note:Pausing or stopping the presentation by clicking the
button, will pause/stop the graphic capture only. All audio will still be recorded.
