If you have forgotten your password you will need to use the GatherPlace website to generate another password for your use.

Please follow the steps below to get started.


Resetting your Password
  1. Click the My Account tab.

  2. On the Login page, click the Forgot your password link and a new password will be sent to the e-mail address on file for the account.

  3. Once you receive your new password, we recommend that you use it to login to the GatherPlace website and change it to something that will be easier to remember.

    Whether you choose to use the password that was sent to you, or change the password, you will need to reset the password in any GP4 or GP5 programs that you have installed.
    • Open GP4/5
    • Click on the button with the gears icon to open Preferences
    • Click the Account Setup tab
    • Enter the new password in the Password field
    • Click the Validate Account button


Editing Your Password
  1. Click the My Account tab and then the Account Settings button.

  2. Click the Update Account Information link on the next page.

  3. Re-enter a new password in both locations and click the Update Account Information button.

  4. Once you change your password on the GatherPlace website, you will need to reset the password in any GP4 or GP5 programs that you have installed.
    • Open GP4/5
    • Click on the button with the gears icon to open Preferences
    • Click the Account Setup tab
    • Enter the new password in the Password field
    • Click the Validate Account button
