Hosts and guests using the Safari web browser, and specific Mac OS versions, may need to run the browser in 32-bit mode in order to have audio in a GatherPlace meeting. The step below show how to run Safari in 32-bit mode.
Quit the Safari application.
Open the Applications folder on the Mac and locate Safari in the list. Alternately you can command-click (or right-click if your mouse has 2 buttons) on the Safari icon in the dock and select Show in Finder from the Options menu to find Safari.
Right-click (or command-click) on the Safari icon and select Get Info from the menu that appears.
Check the Open in 32-bit mode option and close the Info dialog.
