Product or Service: GatherPlace, TutorPlace
Client Software: GP4, GP5
User Type: Host, Administrator
GatherPlace Premium customers can record their online meetings and play them back from our website by using a simple link (Java 1.3 or higher is required).
Playing back recordings from our site gives you more control over the distribution of your content because no file is downloaded.

If you need a copy of your recordings, we provide a way to convert your online recordings to a downloadable Flash video file (Adobe Flash Player is required for playback).
This allows you to play back a recording without Internet access, host your recording from your own website, or distribute it on a CD.

You can manage your recordings and request downloads here: http://www.gatherplace.com/recordings
Important note on downloaded recordings: The downloaded recordings have a maximum resolution of 1920 pixels in either dimension.
Any meetings that were recorded with screen resolutions larger than 1920 pixels in either dimension will be scaled down resulting in a loss of quality.
